**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support including scheduling, invoicing, and contract management.
- Maintain member records and handle equipment inventory.
- Coordinate facility bookings and ensure the club is well-organized.
- Edit and manage social media content to promote club events and activities.
- Resolve member inquiries and complaints in a professional, smart, and efficient manner.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in admin/reception roles, preferably in a sports club.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and social media editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- **A valid driving license is a plus** for occasional travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
