**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate MEP technicians and subcontractors to execute daily site activities.
- Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and report daily activities, manpower, and materials usage to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
- Ensure all works comply with safety standards, company policies, and project requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure that workers follow safe working practices.
- Review drawings and highlight any discrepancies or technical issues to the concerned engineer.
- Verify materials delivered to site against approved specifications and ensure proper storage.
- Support QA/QC and inspection teams during site inspections.
- Maintain coordination among mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines for smooth workflow.
- Ensure completion of work within schedule and quality requirements.

**Key Qualifications**
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
- Minimum **4-7 years of experience** in MEP works, including **at least 2 years in a supervisory or charge-hand role**.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and MEP layouts.
- Knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
