**Position Summary**:
The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for managing all legal aspects of the company, including providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling legal disputes, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and Qatari laws.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert legal counsel to the management and internal departments on business operations and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements to protect the company’s interests.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or negotiations with external parties.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari laws and regulations, including corporate, labor, and commercial laws.
- Develop and maintain corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Manage potential legal risks and offer proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as required.
- Stay informed of legislative changes in Qatar and ensure company compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Licensed to practice law in Qatar or recognized international qualifications with a solid understanding of Qatari legal frameworks.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Proficient in contract drafting, corporate governance, and legal risk management.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
