**Key Qualifications**:

- **UPDA Grade A Architect** with expertise in **Design** and **Fire Life Safety**.
- A minimum of **7 years of professional experience** in architectural design and project management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop architectural design concepts for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with Fire Life Safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Review and provide input on design deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to integrate multidisciplinary solutions into the design.
- Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and team members to foster professional growth.
