About the Role:
As Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for oversees and directs all aspects of the Lounge & Bar’s operation, under company's guidance and supervision. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the team in all aspects of the bar operation and ensure service standards are followed
Responsible for reviews the bar inventory, the stocks available for a daily functioning, reviews the equipment are functioning well.
Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
Control stock of all equipment and alcoholic beverage in the Bar
Ensure all employees have full product knowledge
To assist in the recruitment and training of F&B Colleagues
Balance operational, administrative and employee needs

**Requirements**:
Strong in beverages knowledge, bar budgeting & costing.

Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
