**The Opportunity: Lead Our Store to Success**

We're searching for a dynamic and results-driven **Branch Manager** to lead one of our retail optical stores. Reporting directly to the Marketing and Eyewear Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the store's operations, ensuring healthy business across all product categories: frames, sunglasses, prescription lenses, contact lenses, solutions, and accessories.

You'll be instrumental in cultivating an exceptional customer experience. This means ensuring every team member is empowered to exceed customer expectations, leading to an unparalleled shopping journey.

Beyond sales and service, you'll be responsible for:

- **Optimizing Operations**: Strategically scheduling your team to maximize sales during peak trading hours.
- **Talent Development**: Fostering a culture of continuous growth by creating individual development plans for each team member and conducting regular performance reviews.
- **Empowering Your Team**: Building an environment that encourages responsibility, accountability, involvement, and a strong sense of ownership. We also expect you to prioritize your own personal development.
- **Strategic Liaison**: Acting as the crucial link between your customers and our Head Office, providing invaluable market feedback and identifying new growth opportunities to help us achieve our targets.

**Your Impact: Key Responsibilities**

As a Branch Manager, you will:

- **Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets**: Drive the store's profitability by effectively maximizing sales of products and services through the skillful use of company procedures and tools.
- **Master Inventory & Merchandising**: Oversee the efficient management and appealing merchandising of all retail aspects, including glasses, contact lenses, and other vision care products.
- **Maintain Brand Excellence**: Ensure the store consistently meets the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness, projecting a professional image of Optica at all times.
- **Expert Dispensing**: Provide knowledgeable advice and support to patients in selecting frames and lenses that perfectly suit their lifestyle.
- **Champion Customer Loyalty**: Minimize complaints through superior customer care and service quality. Proactively resolve any issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally to retain customer loyalty, adhering strictly to company guidelines.
- **Develop and Inspire Your Team**: Induct, coach, train, and motivate your in-store team. Implement activities to ensure all staff achieve acceptable levels of knowledge and competence, escalating to relevant managers for further coaching when necessary.
- **Foster Collaboration**: Cultivate effective teamwork between clinical and retail colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- **Build Strong Networks**: Develop and maintain robust communication channels with other branches in the region and with Head Office to identify and capitalize on opportunities and drive business growth.

**What You'll Bring: Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum High School Diploma.
- **Brand Savvy**: Excellent knowledge of major international fashion brands.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Computer literate, including basic proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- **Organizational Acumen**: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- **Leadership & Decision-Making**: Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- **Passion for People Development**: A genuine passion for coaching and mentoring your team.
