- Responsible for the daily activities of the warehouse, including dispatching, receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and employee scheduling.
- Analyzing various KPIs, operational reports and periodic meetings with the line manager. Ensure the quality, health, and safety management standard.
- Criteria to qualify for the interview_
- Graduate in any discipline with minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management handling a warehouse **or** qualifications equivalent to graduation with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management handling a warehouse.
- MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word) and ERP skills and experience in SAP is a must.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing key performance indicator (KPIs).

- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Assist logistics operations team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
- Attending municipality inspectors, maintain healthy relations and ensure speedy clearance of import consignments.
- Analyze KPI report and arrange periodic meetings with HOD and team to improve efficiency.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Meeting with internal department and external companies.
- Recruit, select, orient coach, and motivate employees. Manage and allocate staff.
- The efficient utilization of space and equipment, ensuring quality, budgetary target and environmental objectives are met.
- Monitor performance and brief team leaders on a daily basis.
- Efficient utilization of space and planning for future requirements.
- Ensure all system-related warehousing functions are updated on time.

**Salary**: From QAR1.00 per month

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
