**Responsibilities**:

- Support tender processes and business development.
- Liaise with authorities (GORD, MME, PWA, USGBC,...) and PMCs (ASTAD)
- Work with developers, designers and contractors.
- Manage and develop documentation tools, reports and technical submittals.
- Develop, Improve and Monitor sustainability plans, strategies and calculators relating to the GSAS requirements for all schemes.
- Provide consultancy services for sustainability projects (GSAS-DB, GSAS-DB CDA, GSAS-CM and LEED 2009 EB O&M).

**Job Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong ability to manage the sustainability and environmental projects from concept design to construction stage.
- Good knowledge in ISO 14001:2015 implementation and maintenance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 14 years of professional experience in the field of architectural engineering.
- Has extensive experience and knowledge in developing sustainable design strategies for green building certification systems (LEED/GSAS).
- Good experience in LEED and GSAS project supervision (LEED construction stage / GSAS-DB compliance to design stage / GSAS-CM Construction Management scheme).
- Manage and coordinate specialized activity, discipline or team of moderate size and complexity Leads in the formulation of advanced technical concepts.
