**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell products to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Greet and engage customers, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate and promote the features, benefits, and use of the products to customers.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product offerings and updates.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Ensure the store’s products are well-stocked, organized, and displayed attractively.
- Collaborate with store management and the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
- Participate in promotional events and activities, as required.
- Keep up-to-date with competitor products, prices, and promotions.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- At least have 2-3 years work related experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a promotional role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Sales-driven with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
