- Operate terminal tractors, trailers, and low bed trucks to move cargo within the terminal yard.
- Load and unload cargo onto trailers and low beds, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or damage to cargo and equipment.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and trailers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth loading and unloading operations.
- Assist with the positioning of cargo in the yard for ease of access and safe storage.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of movements, inspections, and any incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
- Proven experience as a tractor-trailer or low bed operator in a terminal or logistics environment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks when necessary.

**Work Environment**:

- Terminal or warehouse setting with exposure to outdoor conditions.
- Shift work may be required, including weekends or holidays.
