**Guest Relations Officer (Female)**
**Department**: Front Office / Guest Services

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a warm and organized Guest Relations Officer who genuinely enjoys assisting guests and ensuring they have a welcoming and memorable stay.

**Main Duties**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist during check-in and check-out
- Address guest questions and resolve issues promptly
- Recommend hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Manage VIP guests and fulfill special requests with care
- Arrange special occasions and room decorations when needed
- Promote hotel dining and other facilities to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest areas
- Collaborate effectively with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Food & Beverage teams
- Collect and act on guest feedback to continuously improve service
- Maintain a professional appearance and foster a positive team environment

**Requirements**:

- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Friendly, patient, and composed during busy periods
- Well-organized and able to multitask efficiently
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Hotel PMS and Microsoft Office, are a plus
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passionate about providing excellent guest service and hospitality
