**Job Description - Bike Rider (Food Delivery)**

**Job Summary**

The Bike Rider is responsible for delivering food and beverages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. The role requires excellent knowledge of local routes in Qatar, adherence to traffic and safety regulations, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect food orders from the outlet and deliver them promptly to customers.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and presented in good condition.
- Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned delivery bike.
- Follow traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company delivery policies.
- Communicate with the outlet team regarding order status, delays, or issues.
- Handle cash/card payments (if applicable) and return change/receipts accurately.
- Provide professional, courteous, and friendly service to all customers.
- Report any accidents, delays, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in outlet tasks (such as packing orders) during non-peak hours if required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Valid Qatar Motorcycle Driving License (mandatory).**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a delivery rider, preferably in F&B or courier services.
- Good knowledge of Qatar roads and navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to ride for extended periods.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
