**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Once the Material takeoff or Purchase Requisition is received, Study the BOQ, Project Drawing’s and Project Specification for the required material & once the details are clear send the Request for Quotation to reputed Vendor’s.
- Obtain competitive quotations, prepare price comparison, negotiate and finalize the vendor with coordination with the Procurement Manager
- Once the Price Comparison is approved from the division/managers/management issue the Purchase Order
- Track the assigned Purchase Requisition on daily basis and convert to Purchase Orders.
- Maintain purchase records and other important data like price, vendor list
- Maintain good relationship with Vendors
- Ensuring the cost-effective procurement of materials, parts, goods & services
- Ensure the material and services are delivered as the project schedules
- Meet the KPI’s
- Knowledge in Waste management related materials and services
- Buying Spare parts for Automobile vehicles.

- Waste Management and Automobiles: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
