**Job Summary**

The Auto Denter is responsible for repairing vehicle bodies that have sustained damage due to accidents or wear and tear. This role involves assessing damage, planning repairs, and using various tools and techniques to restore vehicle bodies to their original condition. The Auto Denter must ensure all repairs meet industry standards for quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Damage Assessment and Repair Planning**
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage.
- Determine the best approach to repair dents, dings, and other body damage.
- Prepare cost estimates and timelines for repair jobs.

**Body Repair and Restoration**
- Remove damaged vehicle parts and panels.
- Repair or replace damaged parts, including fenders, bumpers, doors, and hoods.
- Use body filler to fill small dents and depressions.
- Smooth and sand repaired surfaces to ensure a seamless finish.
- Align and fit parts to ensure proper fitment and alignment

**Tool and Equipment Utilization**
- Operate tools such as dent pullers, hammers, and grinders.
- Use welding and soldering equipment to fix or replace damaged parts.
- Handle power tools and other machinery safely and effectively.

**Finishing and Detailing**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking.
- Work closely with the painting team to ensure seamless color matching and finishing.
- Inspect finished repairs for quality and completeness.

**Customer Service**
- Communicate with customers to explain the extent of damage and proposed repairs.
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality repair work.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Keep detailed records of repairs and parts used.
- Update work orders and job cards accurately.
- Report any additional issues discovered during repairs to the Workshop Manager.

**Workplace Safety**
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications**

**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in auto body repair preferred.

**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Auto Denter or in a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using body repair tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of vehicle body structures and repair techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy parts and perform physically demanding tasks

Pay: QAR2,500.00 per month
