**What We're Looking For**:
Certified or experienced Padel Coach
Strong communication and motivational skills
Ability to coach all levels - from beginners to advanced players
Energetic, reliable, and passionate about padel
Team player with a positive attitude

**Your Role**:
Conduct group and private coaching sessions
Develop training plans and track player progress
Promote a fun, safe, and professional environment
Engage with members and help grow the padel community
