Evaluar el programa actual de ejercicios de cada persona, así como también su nível de aptitud física para elaborar programas de ejercicios personalizados y brindar asesoramiento para el entrenamiento físico Brindar asesoramiento a cada persona sobre el método adecuado para realizar los ejercicios con la maquinaria de entrenamiento físico. Brindar información, registrar y programar las actividades recreativas de los huéspedes. Llamar a Mantenimiento o a una compañía de servicios externa en caso de que las máquinas deban ser reparadas. Mantener el suministro adecuado de vasos y agua en el área de recreación. Promover un ambiente alegre y cómodo para los huéspedes. Promover las normas y reglamentos de las instalaciones de recreo destinadas a la seguridad y bienestar de los huéspedes y miembros. Asistir a gerencia con la contratación, entrenamiento, horarios, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y formación de empleados, y servir como modelo ejemplar y primer punto de contacto del proceso de garantía de tratamiento justo/política de puertas abiertas. Reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo no seguras al gerente; completar certificaciones y entrenamiento de seguridad.
