Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and lead our team to uphold the standards of a premium concept coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff performance and scheduling.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the café.
Implement and maintain service and quality standards.
Train, guide, and motivate team members.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
**Requirements**:
3-5 years of supervisory experience in cafés, hotels, or restaurants.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a multicultural team.
Must be locally available in Qatar with transferable sponsorship.
Salary & Benefits: QAR 4,000 + Accommodation & Transportation (negotiable).
Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
