**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong academic performance and a passion for engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to different project requirements.
- A global perspective and willingness to work on international projects.
- No prior work experience is required, but internships or relevant projects are a plus.
