**Role and Responsibilities**

The role of a Hostess is integral to our commitment to providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our valued guests. Hostesses play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression, ensuring seamless guest flow, and upholding our high standards of customer service. Success in this position requires individuals to possess outstanding interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the reception area remains clean and well-maintained.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
- Provide precise wait times and manage waiting lists effectively.
- Oversee reservations and maintain an accurate record.
- Extend a warm welcome to all guests upon their arrival.
- Escort customers to their designated dining or bar areas.
- Present menus and introducing the names of Waiters/Waitresses.
- Attend to guests who may require special attention, such as children or the elderly.
- Bid farewell to guests upon their departure.
- Offer assistance to the waiting staff as needed.
- Ensuring that the sitting capacity is well organized based on the number of guests entering.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous, or a High School diploma.
- Prior experience as a Hostess
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Ability to gauge customers' preferences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma: relevant training is a plus.
