**Job Overview**:
The Associate Logistics and Trade Compliance Specialist will interface with the logistics & trade compliance coordinators, project coordinators, approving managers, In addition to external service providers. Responsible for the review and audit of invoices pertaining to LTC logistics in addition to reporting and process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- Review, Audit and verify all Logistics Service Providers’ invoices to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and record all invoice records and ensure KPIs are met.
- Reject all invoices with missing records and/or incorrect charges and ensure logistics service providers are continuously updated on invoice rejections and status.
- Ensure proper follow up is done to resolve any disputed invoices on time.
- Ensure LTC managers’ approvals are obtained on time.
- Maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly LTC accounts management reports.
- Reconcile monthly Logistics Service Providers’ SOAs
- Liaise with Finance Departments to ensure that all Logistics Service Providers’ invoices are approved on time for payment.

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:
University Graduate, preferably with a degree in Finance or Supply Chain
