**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **Level 2 support** for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve **advanced hardware and software issues**.
- Troubleshoot **network and system-related problems**.
- Install, configure, and maintain **Windows and macOS systems**.
- Maintain accurate records of **hardware inventory and software licenses**.
- Follow escalation protocols and collaborate with **L3 teams or vendors** when required.
- Perform **routine system maintenance**, including updates, patches, and backups.
- Document processes, resolutions, and contribute to **internal knowledge bases**.
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Participate in **hardware rollouts, system migrations, and other IT projects**.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Associate’s degree** in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in **IT support/helpdesk/deskside roles**.
- **Certifications preferred**: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting **Windows/macOS**, printers, and networking.
- Hands-on experience with **Active Directory**, group policies, and remote tools.
- Strong **problem-solving** and analytical abilities.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.
- Ability to handle multiple support requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer-focused with a professional and patient demeanor.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and systems.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: QAR400.00 - QAR440.00 per day
