**Job Title**: National Team Doctor (Under-23 Team)
**Role Purpose**:To provide comprehensive world-class medical care for the Under-23 players of the Qatar National Football Team and provide daily support to the First Team.

**Reports To**:The First Team Doctor and Medical Director of the National Teams Medical Services Unit

Necessary Knowledge and Experience to Conduct Job Effectively:

- 7 to 10 years of experience in Elite Football-This should mean the top European Leagues, clubs competing regularly in European, South American or Asian Continental Championships or those working in International Football.
- Experience with First Team and in youth player care
- Expert knowledge of trauma, musculoskeletal injuries, and medical conditions affecting football players
- Fundamental knowledge of emergency care regarding sporting events

Education and Certification Requirements:

- Post-graduate degree or diploma in Sports Medicine (preferably a Master’s degree)
- Emergency Pitch side qualification
- Eligible to obtain Physician license from Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP)
- Specialty Board registration (preferable)
