Marhaba Trade Electrical, a leading distributor of premium lighting fixtures, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Outdoor Salesman to join our team in Qatar. This position is focused exclusively on selling chandeliers. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an effective outdoor sales strategy for chandeliers in the designated market.
- Prospect potential customers and build and maintain a strong customer base.
- Provide information about chandeliers, including product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Offer personalized product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the quality and features of our chandeliers.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the lighting or home decor industry.
- Strong knowledge and passion for chandeliers and lighting products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Qatari market and customer preferences is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for outdoor sales activities.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary range between 3000 - 3500 QAR, based on experience and performance.
