- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Supervision Engineer to lead our engineering supervision team. As the Head of Supervision Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supervision activities of our projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful execution and completion of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.**Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership and direction to the supervision engineering team, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
- Oversee and manage the overall supervision activities of projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance and solutions to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize project performance.
- Mentor and develop the supervision engineering team, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices, and implement them to improve project supervision processes and outcomes. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil, Architect. Master's degree is preferred.
- UPDA (Urban Planning and Development Authority) certification with Grade A is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience working with a consultant or reputed contracting company in the field of engineering supervision.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in construction engineering, project management, and supervision practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven track record of successfully supervising and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Sound understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
