**Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell cosmetic products to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Keep track of inventory and restock products as needed.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
