**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market and promote available properties to prospective tenants through various channels
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and leasing terms
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and property managers
- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings to maximize occupancy
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections as required
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Leasing Agent, Real Estate Agent, or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property management practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with property management software and CRM tools
- Experience in residential, commercial, or luxury property leasing

**Experience**:

- Real Estate Leasing Agent: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
