**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design and Layout**:

- Create high-quality designs, layouts, and artwork for production printing projects, including fabrics, furniture, brochures, catalogs, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs meet the company’s brand guidelines and client specifications.
- **Pre-Press Preparation**:

- Prepare and optimize designs for printing, ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and proper file formats.
- Manage file conversions and ensure compatibility with various printing methods (e.g., digital, screen, offset).
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless transition from design to final output.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide mockups or proofs for approval.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality checks on printed outputs to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design and printing processes.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for future reference.
- **Innovation and Creativity**:

- Suggest improvements and innovative ideas for design and production efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, printing technologies, and software advancements.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on production printing.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW and other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of pre-press processes and printing techniques.
- **Other Skills**:

- Attention to detail and a strong sense of color and composition.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with fabric design and patterns is an advantage.
- Familiarity with large-format printing and têxtile printing technologies.
- Knowledge of brand identity design and packaging.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Design: 2 years (required)
- Printing Press: 2 years (required)
- Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (required)
