Triage and assess patients that enter the emergency room immediately.
- Respond to code blue calls.
- Conduct follow-up visits to monitor the patient’s condition and oversees patient’s recovery.
- Request the appropriate medical tests and develop an effective care plan based on the results.
- Ensure that the care plan is delivered by the emergency team.
- Refer patients to the appropriate specialists.
- Ensure that patients are stable before transferring them to the proper department for further evaluation.
- Provide instructions for discharge and any relevant paperwork.
- Maintain the patient’s medical records.
- Comply with the code of ethics.

**Experience**:

- Emergency Medicine: 6 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- QCHP License or Data Flow report (preferred)
