Sales Executive

**Job Summary**
The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding Farm to Table’s market presence in Qatar by managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong understanding of the local F&B market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both HORECA and retail segments.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activity, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in CRM or ERP systems.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events to increase brand awareness and visibility.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum **5 years of proven sales experience** in the **food and beverage industry** (preferably in chilled or frozen products).
- Strong network within Qatar’s F&B and HORECA sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in **English**; **Arabic** is an advantage.
- Valid **Qatar Driving License** is mandatory.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
