**Job Description - Implementation engineer**

1. Manage all teams (Implementation, Documentation, Material & Logistic) of IBS

2. Preparation of Daily, Weekly and complete Project Progress Report

3. Coordination with customer for IBS implementation tasks and Weekly, monthly meeting with customer

4. Site acquisition for new IBS sites and coordination with building management for all IBS requirements.

5. Planning the teams according to the requirements of the sites.

6. Arranging material for IBS implementation

7. Giving instructions to the team members on installation work.

8. Make sure all installations are done according to end customer accepted standard.

9. Make sure teams are following proper HSE procedure in the site.

10. Preparation of TSSR and as built site folders.

11. Pre-site survey, RF Coverage survey (frequency scan test, existing coverage drive test using Nemo Handy, CW

test and Walk test review)

12. Preparing Distributed Antenna System (DAS) Plan & Design for GSM/WCDMA/LTE/WiFi Network, Link &
power budget calculation & Bill of Quantity arrangement.

13. IBS (DAS) designing and Planning using IBWave Design Tool. Active / Passive DAS designs for buildings

14. Similar role for all telecom implementations such as Repeater, Small Cell, Active, Outdoor sites and also for

special projects.

15. Any other task which required to meet customer requirements

Note : Immediate joining with NOC required

Qatar driving license prefered

Salary Ranges from 3500- 4500 QAR

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
