**Position Overview**

The General Manager will be pivotal in creating a work environment that aligns with our organization’s culture and vision while promoting member engagement and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of club operations, including fitness activities, spa, salon, pool access, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained, safe, and clean always.
- Monitor daily operational performance and address challenges with innovative solutions.
- Create and implement SOPs to streamline and enhance club operations.
- Manage emergency situations and ensure team preparedness for any crisis.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
- Create personnel schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Lead team meetings, provide consistent feedback, and manage performance reviews.
- Resolve employee grievances and coordinate with HR for policy compliance.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales, fitness, and membership experience targets.
- Build strong relationships with members and address escalated concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions.
- Leverage CRM and sales systems to track leads, memberships, and member interactions.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Control costs and develop action plans to address underperforming areas in P&L.
- Manage company card expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Oversee procurement for the club, including supplies and retail items.
- Monitor lost and found items and maintain accurate records.
- Administer employee biometric attendance and payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and fitness reporting.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards.
- Address maintenance issues promptly and liaise with the facilities team for resolution.
- Ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and facility upkeep standards.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in management or hospitality.
- Minimum of 10 years or more of experience in a similar role within the fitness, hospitality, or hotel industry.
- Arabic Speaker / preferred
- Proven experience as a Hospitality, General manager or Club Manager, Sales Supervisor, or similar position.
- Strong background in customer service and people management.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, social media platforms, and sales systems.
- Budgeting, financial analysis, and cost-control expertise.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
- Fitness qualification or certification is a plus.
- Passion for fitness and wellness for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
