The Guest Service Agent is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing seamless check-in/check-out services, answering inquiries, and addressing guest needs in a 5-star hotel environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests, check them in and out, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist with reservations and room assignments.
- Process payments and maintain guest account accuracy.
- Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate.
- Communicate with departments to meet guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk roles in a luxury setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with hotel management systems and office software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Additional Information**:
- Food, Accommodation and Transportation will be provided
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR2,500.00 per month
