**Experienced Nanny - Focused on Child Care & Homework Support**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and loving care for children.
- Assist with homework and academic tasks in a structured, encouraging manner.
- Develop and engage children in age-appropriate educational activities.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and safe environment for children to thrive.
- Light housekeeping related to the children’s care (e.g., meal prep, tidying up play areas, laundry).
- Maintain a consistent routine for the children, balancing work, rest, and play.
- Help with school projects, reading, and other enrichment activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, behavior, and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a nanny, babysitter, or in a child care setting (minimum of 3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of child development and education.
- Ability to assist children with homework, projects, and other school-related tasks.
- References from previous childcare positions.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with parents.
- Patience, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay calm in high-energy environments.
