Proztec is seeking an experienced **IBM Stack Technical Team Lead** for a 6-month contract role in Doha, Qatar. This is a strategic leadership position requiring deep technical expertise in IBM technologies and proven experience in team and project management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead technical implementation across IBM BPM, ODM, DataPower, Portal, and related platforms
- Provide architectural guidance and conduct code reviews
- Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and developers to align technical deliverables with business objectives
- Mentor and support a cross-functional technical team

**Required Qualifications**:

- Extensive hands-on experience with the IBM technology stack (BPM, ODM, DataPower, Portal, etc.)
- Strong leadership and architecture background
- Proven project management and client engagement experience
- Ability to guide teams in high-pressure, fast-paced project environments
