**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet tenants/customers/visitors to assist as needed.
- Serving refreshment as required.
- Attend to phone calls & forward if necessary.
- Maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, and filing.

**Receptionist Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. specifically speak and write English; Arabic and Hindi is a plus.
- Good in time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Valid QID and transferrable visa is a must.
- Local hiring only.

Pay: From QAR1,500.00 per month
