**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular inspection, testing, and monitoring of water systems (including domestic water tanks, cooling towers, and associated pipework).
- Perform temperature checks, sampling, and analysis of water systems to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Carry out cleaning, disinfection, and chlorination of water tanks and systems as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all monitoring, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Report any non-compliance or system faults and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining water hygiene risk assessments and control schemes.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
- Use appropriate PPE and tools for all tasks and ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- Technical / Vocational certificate or Diploma in Environmental Science, Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years** of proven experience as a Water Hygiene Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of water hygiene regulations, including Legionella control and water treatment processes.
- Experience with water sampling, testing equipment, and temperature monitoring.
- Ability to interpret technical reports and follow method statements and risk assessments.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Educational certificates should be MOFA-attested
- **Locally available in Qatar** with valid **visa and QID**.
