**Job Description**:

- Lead & represent Visa to FIs in Qatar by being a key point of contact for them in relation to a wide range of business.
- Be responsible end to end for FIs Visa business performance.
- Lead the Qatar office and be the primary contact for Visa and external associates to manage the day to day workings of the office.
- Provide constant high-quality support on questions and asks about Visa organization, products, solutions services, systems, policies, etc.
- Develop, maintain, and cultivate close relationships with decision-makers and senior management of designated clients and partner companies. Understand their business strategies, priorities, needs and business processes, present to them strategic ideas and share Visa's views on industry developments and dynamics and advise them how Visa solutions can impact their results.
- Identify key areas and opportunities for a continuous Visa business growth with key clients.
- Ensure constant Visa share growth and or protect Visa exclusive position with key clients.
- Execute aggressive sales strategies aimed at increasing Visa revenue from key clients through generating opportunities and initiatives around Visa Core Products and Value-added Services, as well as identifying business opportunities in New Payment Flows.
- Establish a solid foundation for Visa Net revenue sustainable growth with key clients. Be directly responsible for the growth, profitability and operation of the payments business for Visa’s key clients.
- Focus on achieving business targets, monitor business results of key clients, anticipate challenges, and take proactive measures to accomplish targets.
- Contribute to the implementation of GCC strategy and Qatar Scorecard by proactive development and implementation of existing and new business opportunities with key clients.
- Develop, lead and execute Account Plans for key clients.
- Actively promote new Visa solutions and assist clients in business implementation.
- Ensure that all necessary implementation plans are in place with sufficient lead time and have business case and justification for the required spend.
- Establish and manage a world class account team (both direct and matrix) and organize it as a cohesive entity to pursue a range of business opportunities over the short and long term.
- Align the efforts of various business units internally to successfully deliver the opportunities and initiatives with key clients as One Team One Visa.
- Analyze and carefully monitor on an ongoing basis market trends, activities and competitor actions to enable the account team to develop and implement preemptive strategies and plans for the key clients.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ strategies with key clients and contribute to developing and responding to these so that Visa’s market state within Qatar is enhanced.
- Monitor key clients compliance to mandates, service levels and propose appropriate actions to Management where necessary.
- Ensure integrity of client records by regular review and update in Visa CRM system.
- Display and exercise business leadership practices within the company.
- Actively contribute to the effectiveness of the team by supporting and co-operating with colleagues and providing cover during periods of absence.
- Display and exercise leadership practices and business acumen within the company.
- Represent Visa within market across sales, regulatory affairs, corporate and social responsibility by speaking at conferences and business meetings and undertaking media/public relations activities to shape perceptions of Visa. Work with regional functions to maximize utilization of Visa resources.
