**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians in daily operations.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure electrical systems meet project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports for all electrical activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, with leadership responsibilities.
- Preferable experience in the **Oil & Gas industry**.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Transferable visa is preferred.
