**Department**
INDUSTRIAL CITY OPERATIONS (RLIC)

**Primary purpose of job**
Supervise, coordinate, control and manage effectively at site the contract execution of preventive and corrective civil

maintenance activities and projects of assigned RLC assets. Assist in preparing the Scope of Works, conduct site surveys,

measurements of planned and completed works, Enforce implementation of QATARENERGY- Corporate Design and

Construction regulations, policies and standards.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Experience in execution of maintenance schedules, and support for budgeting and estimating.- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Good PC knowledge of MS Office, maintenance Software.
- Good supervisory, problem
- solving and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the work.
- Ability to assign and supervise workers.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, employees and contractor staff.
- Good oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.

**Education**:

- Completion of technical college from an internationally recognized institution.
- Civil Engineering Diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years of total civil trade experience.
