**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Lead the full lifecycle of façade and aluminum projects - from planning and execution to final delivery - ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- **Technical Coordination**: Provide expertise in system design, material selection, structural analysis, and installation methodologies.
- **Site Supervision**: Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and enforce quality and safety standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams - design, procurement, engineering, and project management - to ensure seamless project delivery.
- **Client Liaison**: Maintain strong communication with clients and contractors; address concerns and provide timely updates on project status.
- **Procurement Management**: Oversee sourcing and procurement of façade materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure adherence to local building codes and industry standards; prepare all necessary project documentation, including technical submittals, progress reports, and change orders.
- **Risk & Safety Management**: Proactively identify on-site risks and implement mitigation measures; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- **3-5 years** of experience in aluminum and façade project engineering.
- **Valid Qatar Driving License** is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of aluminum and façade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Proficient in design software such as **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, and project management tools like **Primavera** or **MS Project**.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently under pressure.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
