**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and handle all public relations tasks and government transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari Labor Law and other legal requirements.
- Handle basic procurement activities as required.
- Facilitate smooth interaction between the company and various governmental bodies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Legal Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Qatari Labor Law and legal procedures.
- **Driving License**: Valid driving license is required.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in computer operations and E-Government transactions.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Public Relations Officer / Mandoob).
- **Availability**: Must be currently residing in Doha and ready to join immediately, with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer.
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
