We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging social media strategies that elevate our brand presence. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing our social media accounts, and engaging with our online community. This role requires a mix of creative vision, strong writing skills, and strategic thinking to drive growth and connect with our target audience in meaningful ways.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and produce high-quality content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), including photos, videos, blog posts, and graphics.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals, ensuring consistency and engagement across platforms.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers to foster a loyal and engaged community.
- **Content Planning and Scheduling**: Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and in line with brand objectives. Use scheduling tools to streamline posting.
- **Brand Storytelling**: Develop a compelling brand narrative and communicate it consistently across all platforms, ensuring a consistent voice and tone that resonates with the audience.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track social media performance, analyze metrics, and use data to optimize content strategies. Prepare regular reports on engagement, growth, and ROI.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and content creation to keep our content fresh and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva),
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and visuals.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
