**Cataloger Librarian**

Responsible for cataloging and classifying library materials using appropriate standards and systems to ensure accurate resource organization and accessibility. Maintain and update bibliographic records, assist in collection development, and support inventory audits. Work closely with library staff to enhance cataloging procedures and user access. Ensure compliance with international cataloging rules and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Library Science (MILS) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of cataloging standards (e.g., MARC, RDA, Dewey Decimal Classification)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with integrated library systems (ILS)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
