**Job description**

We are seeking a skilled MEP Foreman to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily MEP activities on-site, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
- Allocate work to technicians and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
- Ensure installation work aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant standards.
- Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth progress.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations on-site.
- Assist in planning daily/weekly work schedules and material requirements.
- Inspect completed works and ensure quality standards are met.
- Report progress, issues, and manpower requirements to the MEP Engineer/Site Manager.
- Support testing and commissioning activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with the project team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in MEP works (construction industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications, and installation procedures.
- Ability to lead a team of technicians and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
