About the role:
We are hiring for your skills to leverage and share systems knowledge across the users. You will be responsible to support your Line Manager in improving and optimizing projects and ad hoc request. In addition, will conduct systems performance analysis and evaluation of functionalities, highlighting areas for improvement. The role will be responsible for user support and maintenance of existing and new systems, as well as regularly performing testing and system upgrades.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role are as below,
- Ensure the normal operation of RM system and promptly resolve system disruption.
- Liaise with I.T, external vendors and RM resources to ensure the systems are integrated in the most optimal way.
- Identify operational needs and proactively develop viable solutions to support RM Analysts in their daily tasks.

**Qualifications**:
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Revenue Management Team.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of job-related experience in Revenue Management.
- Knowledge of airline systems such as Inventory, Pricing, O&D Revenue Management, Group Revenue Management.
- Has good knowledge on project management and vendor management.
- Knowledge of programming languages and coding skills would be preferred.
- Strong analytical skills - Ability to identify and resolve critical issues
