Responsible for preparation of quality control documentation, review of method statement, review of classification of hazardous area drawing, preparation and review of ATEX Dossier, QCP, ITP, Audit of Hazardous area equipment’s installation & documentations.
- Monitor and ensure proper documentation of project inspections and test reports and delivery document.
- Oversee the inspection activities of Electrical, instrumentation, telecom and Commissioning and attend Project Review Meetings regularly.
- Oversee inspection activities with Surveyor’s and Owner representative like ABS, DNV and Audit.
- Inspection and review certificates of equipment’s material according to spec, standards & technical agreement. Controlling / monitoring the material identification starting to end.
- Inspection of all Incoming equipment’s and Material as per the requirement of standards.
- Preparation of Project quality plans & Inspection and test plans.
- Conducting Visual inspection, Electrical completion, and punch list clear etc
- Prepare & Witnessing and review of Electrical test reports.
- Issue NCR’s for violation found during inspection and closing the NCR.
- Verification and certification of ‘As built drawings. Prepare, review of final documents.
- Execution to the Contractor Inspection, Testing Plan and approved for construction drawings and specifications. Checking, Witnessing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Equipment to Project specifications, including wiring and terminations. Issuing, follow up and approve the Punch list and NCR.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures. Perform highly specialized design, research, and analysis on a project-by-project basis.
- International Standards knowledge at IEC, IEEE, Solas, API, ASME, NFPA, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Basic engineering or diploma
- Minimum 8-year experience in oil & gas project
- With minimum 4 year offshore and similar project.
- Familiar with fabrication, installation and testing related scope of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
