نبحث ( صالون أورجانيك بيوتي سنتر و سبا) عن مصففة شعر موهوبة وشغوفة للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. يجب أن تتمتع المرشحة المثالية بمهارات استثنائية في جميع جوانب تصفيف الشعر، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على تقنيات الهايلايت وتصميم تسريحات مميزة. ستكون مسؤولة عن تقديم خدمات شعر مخصصة تعزز جمال وثقة عملائنا، مع الالتزام بمعايير عالية من النظافة ورضا العملاء.

**المسؤوليات الرئيسية**:

- استشارة العملاء لفهم أهدافهم وتفضيلاتهم واحتياجات حياتهم اليومية فيما يتعلق بالشعر.
- أداء مجموعة متنوعة من خدمات الشعر بما في ذلك القص، والتلوين، والتصفيف، والعلاجات.
- إتقان وتنفيذ تقنيات الهايلايت المتقدمة مثل الباليه، والهايلايت بالرقائق، والتوزيع الإبداعي للألوان.
- تصميم تسريحات متنوعة لمناسبات مختلفة، سواء كانت عادية، رسمية، أو عرائس.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات والمنتجات في مجال تصفيف وتلوين الشعر.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم مكان العمل، والالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
- تقديم نصائح للعناية بالشعر للعملاء والتوصية بالمنتجات المناسبة.
- بناء والحفاظ على قاعدة عملاء وفية من خلال تقديم خدمة ممتازة وعلاقة مهنية ممتازة.
- المساعدة في ترويج خدمات ومنتجات الصالون لزيادة رضا العملاء والمبيعات.

**المؤهلات والمهارات**:

- خبرة مثبتة كمصففة شعر مع عرض محفظة قوية تظهر خبرة في الهايلايت وتصميم التسريحات.
- إتقان جميع تقنيات قص الشعر، وتلوينه، وتصفيفه.
- خبرة في تقنيات الهايلايت المتقدمة، بما في ذلك الباليه، والرقائق، وتقنيات التلوين الإبداعي.
- مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة.
- عقلية إبداعية واهتمام بالتفاصيل ومتابعة لأحدث الصيحات.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs.
- Perform a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Master and execute advanced highlighting techniques such as balayage, foil highlights, and creative color placements.
- Create diverse hairstyles for various occasions, including casual, formal, and bridal looks.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hairstyling and coloring.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide clients with hair care advice and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and professional rapport.
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to maximize client satisfaction and sales.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio showcasing highlighting and hairstyle expertise.
- Proficiency in all hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Expertise in high-lighting methods, including balayage, foiling, and creative color techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and current trends.
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or hairdressing is preferred.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
