We are actively looking for **Property Consultant** to join our growing team

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage marketing strategies to promote properties on various platforms.
- Understand and recognize clients’ needs and financials capacity to suggest solutions that suit them.
- Handle negotiation processes, consult clients on market environment, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Introduce properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Recommend properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

**Requirements**:

- Currently residing in Qatar
- Strong in sales, negotiating, presenting, and strong in communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Team leader and can work in a fast phase community.
- **_With Qatar Driving License_**:

Notes:
**_Salary is on Commission Basis_**

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
