**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with local and international clients to understand their needs, objectives, and design preferences.
- Develop high-quality architectural concepts tailored to villa and residential buildings, ensuring functionality and aesthetic excellence.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Ensure all designs comply with MMUP Qatar regulations and local building codes.
- Work closely with clients to manage and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective design solutions.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, providing expert guidance throughout the design and construction process.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 10 years of working experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on villa and residential projects.**:

- **Must have UPDA (Grade A) Certificate.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in commercial and mixed-use buildings is a plus.
- Proven experience working with both local and international clients, understanding their design expectations and preferences.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of MMUP regulations and Qatar’s local building codes.
- Experience in a consultancy environment, handling high-profile projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and control project budgets effectively.
- Native proficiency in Arabic is required.
