- To assist in the monitoring and analyzing operations & maintenance functions as it relates to mechanical static and rotating equipment repair & maintenance in accordance with client procedure and accepted technical standard practice. Deviations from standard operating parameters are highlighted for correction.
- The equipment to be monitored includes and is not limited to Central Plant and other facilities mechanical static and rotating equipment, such as Chillers, Cooling Towers, Condenser & Chilled Water pumps, Tertiary pumps, Ozone generators, Air Compressors, Fire Pumps, irrigation systems and their associated equipment.
- To monitor the health condition of this equipment and operating & maintenance cost impact.
- To remain up to date in the field of mechanical maintenance - Equipment Condition Monitoring and Quality Management System.
- To provide work directions to his subordinates and contract staff and ensure that all activity conforms to client policies and procedures.
- Carry out all activities as delegated and supervises assigned personnel, performs functions at the level established by the management for the position.
- Reviews all related QA / QC function as per the schedule and process all relevant documentation in line with assigned task and ensures all completed work conforms to established work standards and statutory requirements.
- Minimum 8 year of experience in FM industry
- Available in Doha on transferable visa with NOC
